The paging file is too small for this operation to complete.

The message is same over and over. Add a 64GB page file.
Open Control Panel from Search bar → Advanced setting and add 64000 MB page file in picture is 32000 32GB

Then restart the PC to install to use it. Then retry
The 20 minutes is reasonable after all you only have 8GB ram Memory and slow processor.
The recommended is 32GB RAM and 64GB paging file 64000

In UE 5.5 onwards users are suggesting 64GB paging file, especially when building source UE 5.5
and Twin Motion 2025 and (128000) 128GB for UEFN and Fortnite running together
