[Experimental - Scene Graph Cameras] Audio remains tied to the player’s original camera

Summary

When Using a Scene Graph Camera on the players camera_director, positional / spatial audio behaves as if the audio was based around the player’s default camera.

Please select what you are reporting on:

Unreal Editor for Fortnite

What Type of Bug are you experiencing?

Scene Graph

Steps to Reproduce

1 - Have one spatialized audio source near the camera, one near the player.

2 - add the Camera entity to the players camera director

3 - Observe the audio’s direction/position

Expected Result

Audio to be spatialized around the Scene Graph Camera

Observed Result

Audio is spatialized around where the players original camera would be.

Platform(s)

Windows

This is expected? Or I did not understood your issue likely, can you explain more about it?

If we add a spatial audio to the world it it will stay at that world position. It is never relative to the camera (That would be an “UI” sound for example, with no spatialization, like if it was “outside the world”)
