Summary
Ctrl B doesnt work for static meshes anymore, after an update 6 months ago (sry I thought this issue was tracked).

Steps to Reproduce
Place a static mesh in viewport
Select it and press Ctrl B
Expected Result
The folder where that static mesh is will open and select it, in content browser
Observed Result
Bumpy Bay Prop Gallery will open and FortStaticMeshActor will be selected.
