I’ve been part of the Epic/UE ecosystem for 10 years, organized community meetups, wrote valued articles, developed open source tools, and have always been proud to represent this community in the most positive way.
I currently have outstanding earnings (ready for payment) on Marketplace / FAB that are being withheld. Here is the documented sequence:
— March 13: FAB support committed in writing: “Once you have activated and completed setup of your new Hyperwallet account, we will attempt to reprocess your payments.”
— March 16: Hyperwallet confirmed fully ready. I returned with that confirmation same day.
— FAB then escalated to “Finance team” — a step not mentioned in their original commitment.
— Since then: no ETA, no escalation path, no accountability, only vague deflection.
— Epic Games live chat: no oversight of FAB payments, cannot create a case.
I have fulfilled every requirement asked of me, on time, without complaint.
Has anyone else experienced this?
FAB is an Epic Games platform. Epic Games live chat has no oversight of FAB payments. FAB support has no escalation path. Someone at Epic is accountable for this. Who?
