[Enterprise account] Unable to activate payout method and submit our product for reiview

Experiencing something related. The Hyperwallet activation process during marketplace migration was opaque and created delays that FAB support then used as justification for withholding payment entirely. Even after completing every step and getting Hyperwallet to confirm the account was fully ready, FAB passed it to a “finance team” with no timeline. The lack of clarity in the payout activation flow seems to be causing problems across different account types.
Has anyone of you been able to you make progress on this?
