We are having issues submitting our product for review because our tax profile is not complete. To complete it, we are asked to join the Creator Program or Island Program, but we are not eligible for either. We are independent game developers and need the Hyperwallet/tax setup to complete our Epic Games Store publisher onboarding.
We’ve already contacted support, and it seems that the onboarding issue occurred because we changed the organization type from Individual to Enterprise. Due to a bug, the onboarding flow was not updated for the Enterprise account.
Could you please assist us with activating a payout method (Hyperwallet) so we can submit our game for review?
