The core problem here feels similar to what I am experiencing. FAB support tells you to go elsewhere, that elsewhere tells you to go back to FAB, and the actual funds sit untouched while both sides deflect. In my case Hyperwallet confirmed the account fully ready and FAB still consults with “Finance team” with no ETA or details. The pattern of support being structurally unable to resolve payment issues appears to be the same regardless of the specific technical cause for a lot of sellers.

Did anybody make any progress on this issue?
