I'm unable to get help with payments to Türkiye.

Hello. I haven’t received payments since registering with FAB. My account details have been showing as “in progress” for 5 months. My registered bank accounts are constantly being rejected, and I can’t get any information about the problem. When I send a ticket, they tell me to find the problem myself, but if I could, there wouldn’t be a problem. I’ve tried with my local bank accounts, I’ve tried with my global bank accounts. It’s constantly being rejected. Account numbers, SWIFT codes, etc. I need someone to check my account and tell me where I went wrong and why my bank account details are being rejected. I really need them to tell me.If anyone living in Türkiye has received payments, please let me know.

Who is rejecting the payments though? the bank? if yes, then you need to go to the bank and ask why is the transfer being rejected. What is the reason? Maybe you need to open a dollar account not in local currency. Just a guess.

The core problem here feels similar to what I am experiencing. FAB support tells you to go elsewhere, that elsewhere tells you to go back to FAB, and the actual funds sit untouched while both sides deflect. In my case Hyperwallet confirmed the account fully ready and FAB still consults with “Finance team” with no ETA or details. The pattern of support being structurally unable to resolve payment issues appears to be the same regardless of the specific technical cause for a lot of sellers.

Did anybody make any progress on this issue?
