[URGENT] Creator Payouts Blocked for Over 60 Days – No Response from Internal Team

This mirrors my situation almost exactly. The earnings are confirmed, requirements fulfilled, support says it’s with an ‘finance team’ that isn’t responding. In my case FAB support made a specific written commitment to reprocess my payment once my Hyperwallet account was set up. I fulfilled that. And got it confirmed through hyperwallet support. They then escalated to ‘finance team’ with no timeline.
The pattern of support saying ‘we can’t help, it’s with another team’ while that team is unreachable seems to be structural, not accidental.
