Summary
Hello,
I am part of the Support-A-Creator program and I am experiencing a very serious issue with my payouts.
My affiliate profile was previously deactivated and then reactivated. I was informed that:
“To reactivate your payouts, our internal team needs to manually review both your earnings and your affiliate profile. The team has been contacted.”
However, since that message, I have not received any updates at all.
Current Situation (as of November 9):
• I have already exceeded the minimum payout threshold.
• It has been more than 60 days.
• My payouts are still frozen with no official explanation.
• Support keeps telling me they “cannot do anything” because the case is with another internal team.
• That internal team is not providing any response or timeline.
• I am currently covering map costs and operations out of pocket.
• This delay is damaging my professional reputation and the trust of my community.
• I am effectively working with no compensation for months.
I urgently request that my case be escalated directly to the Creator Payout / Finance Team.
This situation is no longer sustainable and it is having a significant financial and professional impact.

Steps to Reproduce
- Have an active Support-A-Creator account.
- Reach and exceed the minimum payout threshold.
- Account gets temporarily deactivated and then reactivated.
- Wait for payouts to resume as instructed by support.
- No payout is issued and no update is provided, even after multiple support requests.
Expected Result
Payouts should resume automatically after reactivation and internal review, or I should receive a clear timeline and explanation for any delay.
Observed Result
Payouts remain frozen with no timeline, no updates, and no clarification. Support repeatedly says they cannot help and that the case is “with another internal team”, which is not responding.
