I agree and I have seen issues on the ghosting on emissive materials and even billboards with Lumen involved. Also in no case should a post processing effect only look good in 4K, at that point people just turn things off to avoid the blur / smear / flickering.
Well since you asked for it I’m going to advertise some amateurish engine bugs which are totally ignored by EPIC, so I might not have fully wasted my time reporting them:
