This is clearly wrong i think that 98h has never gone up from a random date in the past 2-3 yrs and instead its adding to Fortnite time as you can see. I have not spend 8k hours playing Fortnite Battle Royale
I think youâre onto something here. Mine shows nonsensical stats too. No time at all is logged under UEFN. Instead, a lot of time is logged under Fortnite. I will bring this up to support. Thank you!
i have been editing in UEFN and sometimes in fortnite creative for about 5 or 6 days and till now its 0/7 days . i have contact the support before 2 days and still no respond
Make sure that youâre logged in to the same account that youâre trying to enroll with.
Make sure that UEFN is closed and launch Fortnite. From Fortnite, find Creative and launch it. Any work you do in Creative should count as a day once 24 hours pass.
If UEFN and Creative days donât count, I am afraid your last option is to work in UE. Hopefully, thatâs not bugged.
I disagree Epic need to fix it and try to back date the time so it all matches. Someone shouldnât have to go through hoops when they are indeed on UEFN. If there main time system on the EGL is bugged its not acceptable.
Just took this and compare to the one i posted in Oct above
I fully agree with you. I am just proposing a workaround. This seems to affect very few people, and finding the source of the issue seems difficult.
For me, Time Played under UEFN doesnât show at all (as shown in the attached screenshot), but as I mentioned before, 2 days counted correctly in UEFN.
We have been having the exact same issues, having worked in UEFN for 6 days now, yesterday we spend almost half the day in it, but still upon checking today the days in UEFN eligibility on the Fortnite Creator portal is not updating.
We reported this issue already on 11 January 2026 via this thread which was closed and locked: Enroll Fortnite Creative Program 0/7 Days Spend in UEFN Does Not Update without us being able to continue seeking support on it, because we reached out to support and they do not address nor fix the issue yet.
It doesnât matter if we login from Fortnite Creative and edit in creative, etc., when we check the next day, there is no update on the eligibility page. As of today, 3 February 2026, this is still the state of the creator portal eligibility page:
This should have been fixed when it was initially reported. This again is another example of high impact for creators and low effort for epic to fix yet gets ignored for months its crazy.
Hi there everybody. Just wanted to circle back on this with updated information on our experience so far. So after reporting the issue, we tried several things:
We launched Fortnite and used the creator island only for 4 or so days. So finally, it did update the eligibility and 2 days was added. But after the 2nd day it didnât want to add our days in Fortnite Creative anymore, although we worked about 4 days in there.
Because we are on a tight timeline to launch our first game, we then decided to do a drastic 2nd step, and that was to completely uninstall Fortnite and UEFN, removing every and all files associated with these two programs and any cashing. Then we downloaded and re-installed Fortnite and UEFN. UEFN still didnât want to update the eligibility by itself, but via Fortnite Creative on the clean install as well as work in UEFN, the days worked for the eligibility counter on the Fortnite Creator portal did again start to add up. Yesterday, we reached our 7/7 days in Fortnite Creative, and was able to finalize our creator account today. Thank you to @Jimbohalo10 who helped us via this thread Checking eligibility for the island creator program does not work - #13 by Jimbohalo10 with this suggestion. So we found over many days of experimenting that the eligibility only updates if you create new island, and work in both sides UEFN and Fortnite Creative, and launching and playing the island from both UEFN and Fortnite Creative several times a day. Sometimes it still didnât update the day, but we were really diligent and spend hours every day in the two platforms in order to ensure the day would be counted.
So the great news is, we did finally reach the 7/7 days.
Thank you to the epic team who paid attention to this, and everyone who helped. We greatly appreciate it. We are now very excited to launch our first game.
Wishing all the other new creators also the best of success.
Blessings everyone!
