Days spent in UEFN do not count in the Creator Portal.

Visit the Creator Portal (Fortnite Creator Portal ).
Try to enroll (Enroll now > Enroll now > Check eligibility ) and note down the number of days (2/7).
Work for a day in UEFN.
Try to enroll once again the next day and check the number of days.
The number of days should have increased.
The number of days did not increase.

I checked daily for a few days following the same steps, and the issue persists. Maybe checking daily caused the issue.
I just checked now since posting, but nothing changed. It seems that issue is not caused by checking daily. Maybe my account is bugged.

I contacted account support, and they suspect that it’s an issue on UEFN’s side. They redirected my issue to the UE team.
While waiting, I followed their suggestion which is try Creative through Fortnite. I did that yesterday, and I can confirm that a day was counted.
I post this as a workaround in case someone else is having the same issue. Hopefully, the UE team will be able to fix this issue for good.

This is a bug with the EGL i feel as look what my stats show…
This is clearly wrong i think that 98h has never gone up from a random date in the past 2-3 yrs and instead its adding to Fortnite time as you can see. I have not spend 8k hours playing Fortnite Battle Royale

I think you’re onto something here. Mine shows nonsensical stats too. No time at all is logged under UEFN. Instead, a lot of time is logged under Fortnite. I will bring this up to support. Thank you!
