I have installed Unreal Engine for the first time, but I am running into issues unfortunately.
• The fps in the editor is fine with the Viewport, Details window, Outliner, etc. Moving around objects is fine.
• Fps drops significantly when trying to access several different menu fly-outs:
-File, Edit, Window, Select, etc
-Main toolbar cogwheel; Outliner cogwheel; Details cogwheel
-Viewport Options, Perspective, Lighting fly-outs in upper left-hand corner of Viewport.
I have attempted the following:
• Updating driver
• Restarting Unreal
• Restarting computer
• Turning off: Lumen, Global Illumination.
• Setting Engine Scalability settings from Epic down to Medium.
• Creating an empty project (and deleting the landscape that comes with it).
• Turning off all options in AMD software.
Other threads on this matter say solutions they have found involve turning off g-sync for NVIDIA cards or turning off overlay settings, either from CPU-related software or their graphics card software. G-sync is an NVIDIA-only thing, so it doesn’t apply to me. My AMD overlay settings were already turned off.

As of now, Unreal is completely unusable for me, as I cannot feasibly select any menu options with ease. The fps drop is so bad that it takes several seconds for me to get my cursor in exactly the right position to select anything in a menu. I would love to know if there is a fix for this. Also, I am using a Ryzen 9 7900X and a Radeon 6650 XT. Thanks.
