I submitted a project for moderation. I received an email stating that the project passed moderation and I can now publish it.
But when I logged into my account, I saw this:
"I am pleased to inform you that the reason for the rejection of the project has been found. The issue was that while you correctly assigned an age rating for the island itself, you did not choose the right one for the island’s image.
According to our specialists, the image for the island (loading screen) should have a rating suitable for viewing by all ages.
In this situation, you will need to set the correct rating for the island’s loading screen, and then you can resubmit the project for review, which should proceed without any problems. After that, your island will be published."
When you receive an email saying that the project has passed moderation, but it is blocked in the account, it is a clear indication that the problem is on their side.

When communicating with support, I received the following response:
“Your case has been reviewed by specialists and only you can solve the problem.”
Been having this on all of my maps and there’s nothing we can do… Map is approved in my mail but it gives the “ingestion error” in the portal. Support doesn’t give any info either.
