Error Code:ingestion_error

Hello everyone!
I submitted a project for moderation. I received an email stating that the project passed moderation and I can now publish it.
But when I logged into my account, I saw this:

I contacted support, they said they would look into this issue, and have been silent for three days now.
Has anyone encountered something similar?

Facing the same issue, but it doesn’t show the header.

How long ago did you encounter this issue? Have you contacted support?

i also have this issue i thought it was to do with the lego side of uefn but obviously not have you found a fix yet?

I received such a response:

"I am pleased to inform you that the reason for the rejection of the project has been found. The issue was that while you correctly assigned an age rating for the island itself, you did not choose the right one for the island’s image.

According to our specialists, the image for the island (loading screen) should have a rating suitable for viewing by all ages.

In this situation, you will need to set the correct rating for the island’s loading screen, and then you can resubmit the project for review, which should proceed without any problems. After that, your island will be published."

As I understood, the issue was with the guns hanging on it.

did you fix it?

I fixed it, but the situation repeated itself.

I received an email stating that the moderation was successful! However, in my account, it still shows that the project did not pass moderation.

Be nice if we could get some response about this… Seems many are having issues.

When you receive an email saying that the project has passed moderation, but it is blocked in the account, it is a clear indication that the problem is on their side.

I am facing ingestion_error issue as well although I received an email stating my map has passed content moderation.

When communicating with support, I received the following response:
“Your case has been reviewed by specialists and only you can solve the problem.”

After I said that I couldn’t fix it because the error was on their side, he stopped responding and closed the topic. :neutral_face:

No Verse on this map.

Definitley seems like an issue on their side.

This map passed before. We updated it today with just adding Hades Chains and changed out some images in the pre-game lobby.

Been having this on all of my maps and there’s nothing we can do… Map is approved in my mail but it gives the “ingestion error” in the portal. Support doesn’t give any info either.

Dag. That’s rough. So, you can’t publish or update any of your maps?

And no response from Epic support yet.
