I managed to publish after deleting some assets because I got one warning in other map with the same asset but this time I get an email with the description
I had a non-intrusive billboard with the typical support the map image that I deleted. Check if you have the same a similar asset in your experience
Although, no. i didn´t got any response from Epic and I would like to see some clarification about this problem from a moderator. It is super random

I canât understand. A specific error is indicated here - âError Code:ingestion_errorâ
Why canât anyone in support explain what this message means?

We contacted support by email. We submitted a request using the form you suggested. We write about the issue in this thread and no progress is being made.
The total disregard for solving this problem is surprising.
Can you at least confirm to us that someone is working on resolving this issue?

Same Issue here. After the first one failed 10 times I created a whole new project. I got the first release approved and it worked. Noticed a bug, havent been able to update that release either with same error code. Ingestion Error.

I experienced this same issue last week. I was told it was likely related to World partition/streaming.
In my case I believe It was being caused by having more than one registered level in my GameFeature Data.
Having only one registered level fixed the issue for me, though it could have been due to an asset inside one of the levels.
What did you change in the project? What did it start giving an error after?
Did the level name match the project name?
The bug? It was just the âguard spawnerâ range. Literally all i changed. Canât update it. Tried changing back to see if it was that, still ingestion error.
I am also having this issue, Iâve been unable to update my island for the past 4 days. Very frustrating.

I am also having the same issue. I was able to publish the map 4 days ago and now I am not able to do it. I have raised a ticket with EPIC (it is #01638904). Strangely, after a 5th attempt the map of publishing the map, it was accepted, but subsequent updates have failed - absolutely mind blowing and extremely frustrating.

where can we find an update about this? everyone of us has had support go completely silent in our emails. most of us never even got an initial response. I know dozens of people that create but dont access the forum so they have no idea whats going on. tons of people have given up creating with uefn becasue of the non response.
