Recurring error since March 21, but this time it happens on a different island.
Error Code:ingestion_error
there is now a splash on the creator portal that warns us about using public only matchmaking. I changed my matchmaking to unrestricted and now every upload passes fine
Where did you see this message?
I had unrestricted matchmaking selected in all projects. Projects are still being blocked.
For anyone still affected by this, I was able to work around it by delisting the current version of my island and then proceeded to build, upload and publish my latest version before listing it again. I donât know if this will work for everybody but this worked for me.
I can confirm it works I tried it right now!!! Thank you for the work around!!!
This error occurs with a game of mine that hasnât even been launched for the first time.
This has worked for us:

Thankyou soo much bro.
From which list did you remove the current version of the island?
I completely didnât understand what youâre talking about.
If youâve already released your island, on your island releases page there is a blue button in the top left that says âListedâ. You can click it and set the status to âUnlistedâ. From there, I was able to publish a new release as usual and then set the status to âListedâ when the new release was approved or its done automatically if you set the Auto Activate option.
Oh, now I understand. But this will only be possible if the project has been published before. The option is disabled for my project. Because it has never been successfully published.
