Summary

I submitted a change for one of my published maps. I received an email stating that it passed but in Creator Portal it says it failed because of an error, Error Code:ingestion_error, and to contact support.
I looked in the forum to see if anyone else had this same problem. I found one that did. It said something about an age rating needed for the island’s loading screen. What could be causing this error to occur? Here’s the link to the other thread: Error Code:ingestion_error - #4 by MonacoBlurfire

Steps to Reproduce

Publish island via Creator Portal

Expected Result

Island to pass review and become published

Observed Result

Creator Portal says there was an error and to contact support. This is the error code: Error Code:ingestion_error

Additional Notes

This is the first time this island failed to pass the review. Not sure what could be causing the problem.

The only change that was made was the removal of “posters” on a wall.
