We’ve finished our first teaser trailer for LIFE. Very exciting moment for us, please consider giving it a and following/subscribing if you’re interested, there are links to our Twitter and Reddit thread in the description! Thanks so much to the Unreal community for being such a friendly and helpful knowledge base, and to Epic Games for providing such a robust and intuitive toolset for helping us realize our vision!

I made an small intro for my small terror project, the animation is not perfect but I’m totally a beginner with . Also the movement sound is a bit desynced and I’m using delays instead of timers

I’m working on my first game ever. It’s going to be a short exploration game with elements of psychological horror. There is still a lot to do.

I finally managed to find some time to do more concept work on a game I’ve wanted to make for a few years now.
Seeing how I’m mostly a programmer and haven’t much artistry skills… I think I’m doing alright!

's the starting area

Experimenting with some metal on the armor and ambient occlusion, though a bit to dark will change it later, but looks good besides the darkness …

Yeah it’s way too dark. But looking good.

is my personal project for VR

All contents including concept arts by myself

Working on a

Small update on the Character. First texture pass on the skin. Textures were using Quixel Suite. Screenshot taken in UE4.

We did a lot of level design improvement from the last gameplay trailer as we listened to the suggestions from the community and people interested in the game. Now, at every corner of the player camera you can see a couple of landmark interests to explore in the world of Fantasiam!

Congrats on finishing it Samifira! It looks ! =)

Hey, nice job, I really like the style! Once you are ready with your VR project, you could join my RTS game
I’m planning an ancient historic game, but no hurry, I’m just coding the core part (pathfinding, AI etc.).

I love that i could do now own basic stuff, from scratch in UE4.
Gives me a good freetime-feeling / experience.
But one thing changed completely for me.
I am no longer a gamer, more an observer.
Only “playing” games now, to look for specific fun causing things and trying to recreate(very basic) the feel.
The machinery in old games like doom or quake are my “idols”.
As a nice “subproduct” my english gets better…
