What are fortnite's algorithms for promoting created maps?

Good afternoon! I have two questions:
What are the fortnite algorithms for promoting created cards? How do I get my first online. Because how will people play on the map if I initially have no online.

The general idea is that all new islands will get shown to players at least once.
