I haven’t tried to put the plugin in the engine folder yet. I think you must first delete old. Rename isn’t be working. But I don’t know :wink:

Yeah works fine as a main plugin by the time, have delete the old and put the new one into.
Now i can more tested it how it works with different terrain, and thank you again have really helped me out for this effect looks fantastic :).

Yeah right, for some looks in the complex system, i am a bit confusing there use so many specific math and bind all together to comunicate, that’s very difficult to find hidden issues.
It’s not easy to create such a system like that, they took so many work for the reflecting, fluidism and the adaptation from terrain with splines to the water i have never seen before in other engines.

Thanks again, It works fine for lake water body and foam is getting simulated only with that BP_Dynamic_Force_Component, but not for whole lake or on complete water surface.

Secondly if I use it for ocean its creating little trouble, that is foam is getting formed on entire simulation area of BP_FluidSim_01, screenshot attached for reference. One more things is that i have clamped the value to 0 of Fluid Displacement Multiplier under FluidSimulation of Water_Material_Ocean, otherwise I was getting huge foam displacements.

I think we are not getting the current foam simulation as shown in the demo videos (we are only getting the foam in the interactive area of BP_Dynamic_Force_Component) of UE4 by their water plugin creators.

Hi Guys, hi @S SmilleR6R . does anyone know how to render a movie with simulate enabled? I am trying but the most I got was just a piece. I have increased the simulation area a lot. I tried to make Local render, but I can’t do it with the simulate on. Thanks :slight_smile:

Yup have that checked… For some reason the engine freezes trying to use WDFields, I am gonna try on a new project this weekend…

I can’t get the foam to work properly either, increasing the Height Bias gives this ugly result, but no foam is generated by the water velocity. I also got the fluid sim working, it’s displacing the mesh and affecting normals, but doesn’t generate foam at all.

Hey. I tested the foam simulation and it works nicely. but what I havent figured out yet is foam creation of the ocean water when the waves breaks. Does anyone know how to produce that effect?

Hello, I found a bug with crest wave foam. A simple solution is just to use **Gerstner Water Waves **instead of **Water Waves Asset References **in **Waves Source **option :slight_smile: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KCqTRANpBkI

In my case, BP_Dynamic_Force_Component is working, but I cannot get the yellow skeletal mesh working. Have you adjusted some settings for BP_Dynamic_Force_SkelMesh?
