Summary
After the latest UEFN/Fortnite update, joining an active UEFN Live Playtest session from a second account on PS5 fails with the “No reservation found” error. This issue occurs because the PS5 uses the PlayStation Network Online ID instead of the primary Epic Games Account Display Name during session validation.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch UEFN on PC and start a Live Playtest session.

Attempt to join the live session with a secondary account on PS5 (linked to an Epic Account where the PSN ID differs from the Epic Display Name).

Observe the matchmaking and reservation error on the PS5.

Repeat the test using the exact same secondary Epic Account on PC or Mobile (where the Epic Display Name is used directly) — joining succeeds without issues.
Expected Result
The PS5 account should successfully join the live playtest session, resolving the Epic Account ID/Display Name correctly regardless of the console platform display name.
Observed Result
The PS5 player receives a “No reservation found” error (“Brak rezerwacji”) and cannot join the UEFN session.

Additional Notes
Tested and confirmed that the issue is specific to console platform display name handling. On PC and Mobile, where the Epic Display Name matches directly, the session reservation works properly. This may be related to player identity lookup changes or display name mismatch handling following the recent update (e.g. Social Synergy API changes).
