Attempting to launch UEFN results in one of those two errors.

This is happening to me as well. I can not get into UEFN at all. It keeps crashing at 73%.

I am getting this in the crash reports log.

A fix was given to me through twitter which involves replacing your local files with the local files of a fresh download on another device.
Removing/renaming the local files and then having them installed by the client on the same device would NOT work.

They are the files found in C:\Users(AccountName)\AppData\Local
