I already do both of them.
I filling out the survey and as it say I haven’t received an individual response. I couldn’t check the status of this.
I submit a bug report and I got answer that they are not able to answer specific questions. The Creator Support Team tell me to find answer from the Forums. (there is a link to this Forums) So I posted error message.
