Hey, I have an issue with publishing a UEFN Map. I have sent it to discovery and it got approved. So far so Good. But in the Creator Portal it is still in “Review” and i can’t publish or update or change the map, since it is in Review. But it already got approved and should be ready to publish
Hello there, same problem with my FNC map. I think the website needs to be fixed. It has been in review for 1.5 weeks and has not been fixed yet. I received an email stating that my map was approved. However, this is not the case. When I first uploaded a map trailer with the same private version code as the active one, this problem occurs. I might need to create a new private version to upload a map trailer, maybe this problem wouldn’t happen. Also I already have contacted support about the issue. Hopefully I can publish a new update for my map very soon.
Upon releasing an update towards my team project, I received this error:
Failed to sync project info with content service. Error: This project has been locked by an administrator. Please contact Epic Player support and reference project f5a56ba6-48c3-298d-feac-4b83e0fd4a6c.
After contacting Epic Player support via live chat twice, they had both referred me to an email-styled conversation to further assist me. After that failed, they escalated the issue to their supervisor to see if they could address the issue. After that failed, they sent me a referral to this forum to contact the team that is apparently dedicated towards fixing these issues. After that failed due to the staff not being able to provide any sort of direct response to my error message (which tells me to contact support and appears to be a manually placed error), I am left here posting on this forum, with no support in site. The livelihood of many creators on my team are suffering due to this issue. Is help even possible?
yea nobody help i literally contacted creator support and they referred me to player support and they said there was nothing they could do about it and they didn’t have the tools to help and sent me here hoping to get some help. They need to improve their creator support and really give them access to help because you can’t get help like that.
I’ve been there for 25 days and I still get the message 90/21 and on Reddit and various Discord channels I know a lot of people who are in the same situation. At least 20 game developers with the same problem. I need the island creator code, please!
Another day, another try to getting my map being unlocked. Few redirections from Support, to mailing. Problem is still existing and my “project is blocked by the administrator”, any updates in terms of that?
I filled out the Form and wanna let you guys know i’am also a Creator and got issues with the updateing/publishing a Map.
Looks like the issue was kind of resolved and know back in the Pipe.
I also have just ran into this issue when trying to publish a map for it’s first publish. Contacted Epic Support (who were VERY attentive) but couldn’t do anything to help as it’s on the DEV side of UEFN. If I could get any assistance with this issue I would be SUPER appreciative!

Maybe there can you give you’re selfe every Role and look if it changed something.
