Strange shadow effect when I move away

Hi Epic guys, Congrats on 4.9 release - looks very promising, great job! I have a question, I could not find an answer to anywhere. It’s about lights fade out distance in Unreal 4. This is not a light fading problem. Even if I set the light to very strong, I can still see shadows appearing further away. They also occur when I remove all the light mixer components, such as fog, sky atmosphere e.t.c.
