On the 28th of November we entered a campaign for our game, which was running apparently for 2 days. Upon checking for 2 hours at a time consistently while the campaign was running, not a single time did our game show up in Sponsored Row within Fortnite. We tested this several times and at different times, see screenshots attached. Screenshot 1 shows the time on 8:33 AM on 27 November while the campaign is running but the game is not in Sponsored row. The same for Screenshot 2 at 9:38 AM.
Additionally find screenshots showing that the game was never even in Sponsored row.
Yet we have been charged for this “Sponsored Row”. How come we were charged while our game was never in Sponsored Row? So where does these supposed impressions come from?
Kindly refund as this game was never even shows in Sponsored Row, and we should not be charged for a game that was never actually visibly showns to players.

There are those in Europe using European non US DOLLAR currency MATERCARD/VISA Credit Cards who are NOT being charged for this.
There are people who have had there account locked because they failed to update there payment method as the are EUROPEAN not US based!. They cannot change there payment method.
