I am getting charged for impressions but my map is not on sponsored row.

We had reported the same issue here: SPONSORED ROW ISSUE - Charged But Map Was Never Shown In Sponsored Row Our support thread was closed by epic support without any communication about this nor refund.

You only pay for the impressions that were actually delivered and during your campaign daily and at the price of your winning bid.
