Ocean not blending properly between inner and outer meshes

Summary

When using the ocean, visually the inner ocean mesh does not blend well with the outer flat mesh. There appears to be a difference in the material, the inner ocean appears to be more reflective. The difference is still very obvious when there is no displacement on the inner ocean and is flat. I’m sure this was working well a few months ago.

Steps to Reproduce

Create an ocean or open a template island with an ocean, change lighting while viewing the edge at different angles.

Expected Result

I expect the transition between the inner and outer ocean objects to be much more hidden and subtle when viewing as a player pov. The 2 materials to behave the same (except for the foam).

Observed Result

Obvious line between the inner and outer ocean objects.
