Detailed description of the issue:
Moveable Point Light is missing shadows in -X direction. Static and Stationary Point Lights seem to work as expected. Only occurs if “Cast Shadows” is enabled.

Repro Steps:
Action 1 - Create new empty level.
Action 2 - Add a plane and Point Light. Set the light to Moveable.
Action 3 - You should see a sharply defined black area in the -X zone.
