Incorrect IARC rating shown on project after creating a New Release.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Complete New Release, including IARC questionnaire.
  • After project is published, view ratings on project in the Creator Portal.
  • IARC Ratings are different.

Expected Result

IARC ratings should reflect those created in the New Release.

Observed Result

IARC ratings differ from the those created in the New Release.

Note the Certificate IDā€™s are the same for the IARC ratings while creating the New Release and also after itā€™s published.

Did you get an email notification for the change in rating ?
I got one once and the rating went up.

The first image is what is shown when Iā€™m creating the New Release. The second image is the live image shown on the project. I did get an ā€œIARC Live Rating Noticeā€ email but not a Rating Change email.

For reference, this is a Lego Island.

The status of FORT-838154 changed to ā€˜Needs Triageā€™. Weā€™ve confirmed the issue and itā€™s waiting to be assigned to someone to fix it.
