The previous thread was closed so I am reopening this.
Please note that I have been having issues with this for over a year and this issue has greatly degraded the performance of the island and the ability of players in certain regions to join.
This issue also restricts public API data on the island and I’m assuming it is what is also preventing me from being able to put the island in my featured islands on my creator page.

This is a LEGO Island. Please keep in mind that this issue is preventing the Island from certain regions due to the max age restrictions for LEGO Islands. The intended IARC rating is correct, and has been reviewed many times. Thank you!
I took this an additional step further and submitted an IARC review.
Please note as this is a LEGO Island and the rating was set above the max LEGO age rating, the reviewing committee cannot even access the Island to review it. Here is the PEGI response.
