Retaking the IARC ratings questionnaire in a already published island, won’t update the rating once the version is accepted.
More details:
I have an island that is currently rated 16+ in Russia, making it unavailable there.
I retook the IARC questionnaire, filling all fields correctly, and Russia gets marked as 12+ both on the IARC website and creator portal once it brings me back to publish the version. But once the version is reviewed and accepted for discover, the rating remains the same, Russia 16+, instead of the new Russia 12+.

Publish an island, try to change the IARC rating later with an update.
Expected Result
The IARC rating is updated correctly after the new island version passes review.

The initial rating was fine. But then, User interacts got automatically modified, making the island 16+ in Russia. The new rating I would have, is different from the actual one, so I need to be able to update it. This is a bug, as the portal shows that it’s updated correctly after completing the questionnaire, showing Russia 12+, but then when the review is accepted, it rolls back to the old one instead of the updated one.
How is this working by design?
I cannot update the ratings of my map. I could get the In-game purchases rating set by IARC through a request to them, because this bug was preventing the rating to include in-game purchases as well.
Am I missing something? Retaking the questionnaire WON’T update the ratings!
Hey @AlexNC, thanks for the reply! That’s what I did and it worked to add the in-game purchases (as they weren’t being added as well)
But this is still a bug that should be tracked, because before asking IARC authorities for a review, I was being prompted to retake the questionnaire to add in-game purchases every time I sent a new version, as also reported here: IARC Ratings don't appear to be updating.
After asking for a review, in-game purchases got added, but the 16+ rating in Russia is still there, which shouldn’t be, because from the questionnaire the rating is 12+.
Maybe the RARS IARC authority is changing the rating to 16+ manually after reviewing my request. I’m not sure, because in their review outcome email, the final rating doesn’t pop up.

In the ratings check request you can specify which ratings region you want to be checked. It looks like the rating for your island has been overridden for the region in question, so my recommendation would be to submit another ratings check request for that region’s rating.
