IARC Ratings don't appear to be updating.

Summary

After redoing IARC to properly disclose in-game purchases, I’m being forced to redo it for each new publish.

When viewing my rating in the portal, it shows ACB and GRAC include the updated disclosures, but no others.

This island (5794-2200-8636) has previously had manual rating changes in the past, which I could assume is contributing to this issue.

Possibility related… When first attempting to publish with in-game purchases I was unable to change my game’s thumbnail or lobby image.

Linking a similar bug report, maybe it can help. I’m having the same issue (I don’t have V-Bucks transactions yet). The ratings are updated when you finish the questionnaire, even when you go back to the publishing portal to send the release for review, but when the release is accepted, the ratings are not updated.

Summary Retaking the IARC ratings questionnaire in a already published island, won’t update the rating once the version is accepted. I’m 100% confident it was because of previous overrides. I submitted a rating change request for the regions that did not update to include in-game purchases, and after about a week, all ratings have been updated to include in-game purchases.

I’m able to publish again without being forced to redo IARC survey each time!

Where did you submit the request to change the ratings? I’m still facing this issue. For me it was already a thing before in-game transactions, but now, with those, I’m forced to retake the questionnaire every time.

Hey @Flak, are there any updates on this?

My map (1316-2698-6957) is still not being updated. I’ve tried asking for a rating check as @spankysully1 suggested, but this didn’t work for me. It still doesn’t show In-game purchases even after some ratings were changed manually by IARC. On top of that, the map is not available in Russia because it’s marked 16+ and I can’t bring it back
