GPU Crashed or d3d Device Removed

Summary

Hello everyone.
Every time I launch unreal 5.5 i get gpu crashed or d3d device removed.
It has been an on off problem in unreal since August.
Now 5.5 isnt loading at all, I made this thread before and I was hoping to be able to start my project again when 5.5 came out.
Still have the problem.

Heres my old unanswered thread.

I am now 5 months behind with my project.
I have bought ALL new hardware for my PC to try and fix this.
I have reinstalled window 10+ times, replaced my ram to 64 gig FuryX, replaced my ssd to NVME fury 2tb, replaced my cpu to ryzen 9 5950x, replaced my PSU, replaced my motherboard, replaced my ssds, restarted my project 3 times and reinstalled/installed Unreal Engine and Epic Launcher 60+ times, replaced hdmi cable, done the tdr and delay stuff 30+ times.
I have changed drivers 50+ times and reinstalled windows (clean wipe) 10+ times.

If this carries on beyond another week I am going to have to change it all to unity and recreate my game (plus learn unity).
Will Epic refund me for all of the assets I have bought through marketplace? Its becoming pretty clear its unusable.

Additional Notes

I made this thread in October.

just uninstalled epic launcher and unreal and reinstalled, AGAIN.
Nothing changed.

I tried 5.4 again.
I think this may be the most useless software I have ever used!
I think I am running at around 10% of actual development time with the software without it crashing!
Quite the record! Maybe THE most useless software ever made!

I would like a refund on ALL of my assets please Epic, as you dont like responding to my emails or bugs.

Just reseated gpu and changed cables to psu (just in case).
Nope! Unreal Engine still the most useless software ever created!

Uninstalled 566.36 nvidea drivers and installed 565.90 instead.
Unreal Engine 5 is still useless.

Going to ddu and uninstall 565.90 and try 561.09 Studio drivers for gpu.

Edit:

I tried changing the DX12 to DX11 and it worked for a bit before crashing and freezing my PC!
I cant believe I thought that might work!
I need lumen and nanite enabled for my work of course so I need dx12 anyway but what was I thinking! lol! Of course its not going to work!

I think it might be Nvidea GPUs that dont work with unreal engine maybe?
I dont know why they put RTX into unreal engine 5 when t doesnt work but then again why did they put in nanite, lumen and megalights?

I think unreal might be good if you want to learn windows debugging or if you have an AMD maybe?

I tried undervolting and frequency change in Afterburner again.
I dont know why I bothered! lol!
