There is this strange ghosting effect happening on my mesh when I’m moving it, I assume this is some Global Illumination issue.
Does anyone knows what this is?

Doesn’t happen when the mesh moves in game, or only when dragging it in Editor? Ghosting is caused mainly by a lack of motion vectors, it’s possible the movement in editor isn’t generating motion vectors but in game movement likely would.
Did you manage to solve this problem?
Interesting. Have you narrowed it down to what rendering system its coming from? If you disable Lumen does it still ghost. The main culprit are normally TSR and Lumen. Could be short range AO I guess? Are you cranking exposure or anything like that?
