Fab viewer is much worse than SketchFab Viewer
How did this happen? Makes no sense to me. I mean this is EPIC right?
All that effort to update a tool that turned out to be much worse than the original.
It’s very laggy and almost impossible to use sometimes. Please Fix this.
I’m loosing interest in publishing assets on here.
Even fab on the browser lags. You can’t save market items, follow creators, and now performance issues with the plugin and fab site. I hope they fix these terrible user experience issues soon. I have to manually track items and artist, and use saved links to add items to the cart later - what a drag.
well, everything posted on sketchfab is being ripped off and sold on Chinese platforms and pirate sites. If fab manages to secure the models, I’d gladly trade off some performance in the new 3D viewer
Hello, I’m tearing my hair out, rhaaaaa.
I don’t understand why my 4k textures are showing up as 1k on the Fab viewer.
I reload the 4k ones and, magic, it goes back to 1k.
If the quality of my model looks bad, no one will buy it.
I think it’s because of model theft, but that affects us much faster than piracy.
Please enlighten us.
@Teinye_Horsfall we’ve made improvements to the viewer performance recently, I checked your model on Sketchfab and Fab and didn’t spot any particular issue. Could you check again and report if you still have a problem ?
@Lipo75 sorry to see you’re having this problem. Could you create another thread and post a link to your listing, I’ll check it ASAP.
