I dont mean to sound rude, but for the love of god, people on the older gens cannot play Creative mode or build islands if this bug remains constant, just fix this please. I want my friends to be able to make their islands and not worry that they wont be able to play creative ever again man….
I’m praying to the GODS this gets fixed before friday or else my friends ain’t gonna be able to work on their Islands ALL of October… needs more Votes…

Well mine is the Xbox One X not had a problem.
The post here said a similar problem and my old XBOX One still loads but, each time when trying a new version need to uninstalling the old version, because Xbox Live uses a strange way of doing updates in the words it DOES NOT UPDATE.
i use the Xbox Series X and One of them uses an OG Xbox one S and the other is just the OG Xbox One, why is it I load into creative just fine and they don’t? frozen like this? They had this gone for a bit and now it’s back for some reason… if this keeps happening, will they ever be able to hop on creative ever?
This did nothing sadly, I personally believe it must be something with that hub or something… Because it wasn’t doing it for a bit until like the last update. Here are pictures my friend took whilst trying to load into creative today by himself. He’ll either end up stuck in the floor or stuck in the ceiling…. Is there anything else that can be done. He had kept trying and the same would occur

The error message is VERY descriptive, normally it’s “there is a network problem”.
Pointing to the status page is important as well, it looks like there is some problem at their end.
Maybe will try again as in UK we use different networks to Xbox Live, when time permits, but seems ok on mine

Well 31.40 version works in Xbox Creative.
BUT ONLY WHEN YOU UNINSTALL FORTNITE FROM YOU XBOX ONE
The original is 60+Gigabytes.
When you have unistalled Fornite, that means have 0.0GB in the screen
Now click install from the Microsoft Store and download of over 70+ GB is loaded
IF YOU JUST CLICK UPDATE YOU WILL GET 64GB
So you have LOST ABOUT 10GB OF CODE
For weeks put up the same message UNINSTALL FORTNITE FIRST
My Xbox One X works fine, in 31.40 going into Creative Works, editing characters works
Tell me the exact size of the download and the new lobby colour, and then will believe you have done this 31.40 install properly
If you have problems Publishing and synchronising with your Creative content then it might be your Xbox One Fortnite installation has become corrupted. Therefore before posting a message UNINSTALL FORTNITE and install a new fresh copy.
In UEFN the “Verify” can be done on PC installation. Therefore on Xbox One reinstalling is often the quickest answer
Finally remember for 32.00 and each major update like 33.00 and 34.00
you will need to UNINSTALL FORTNITE before installing a new version on Xbox One
