To clear the cache on an Xbox One, you can try these steps:

  1. Turn off the Xbox One by pressing and holding the Xbox button on the console for about 10 seconds
  2. Unplug the power cable from the console
  3. Wait at least 10 seconds
  4. Press the Xbox button on the console 4–5 times to drain the battery
  5. Plug the power cable back into the console
  6. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange
  7. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on

Clearing the cache removes temporary files and data from the console, allowing for a fresh set to be downloaded and stored. This can help resolve issues like freezing or crashing games.
