BUG: Add instance function (hierarchical instanced static meshes)

(tested in 4.18 too)

  1. Create new project

  2. Create Actor with HISM component, Mesh will be Cube from Engine (100 cm length)

  3. Paste simple logic with function Add Instance in the construction script

  1. Compile and you can see gaps between instances (approximately 4 mm)

If you make instances by hand (with ForLoop values - 0,100,200 and etc on Y axis) - all is ok, without gaps.
For automatic mode need to make coeficient instead 100 - 99,96 (somehow unreal past 99.959999 ).

I think problem in the “Add Instance” functionality
