Broken Reflections VR Using lumen

i’m making an interior archviz scene and i need to make a big window using lumen but when i put some reflections in it looks so blurry what can i do?

Another question how i can make the forward shading look like lumen 'cause when i activate it the light get pretty bad

Checking your provided data, this could be an issue with blend mode, set it to Translucent for a quick test. If that doesn’t fix the problem, the best approach here would be re-doing the material from scratch, following a guide or tutorial.
