Hey all. I’m trying to build a materia/shader type that can achieve this sketchy shading effect.
Essentially as an overlay for existing materials and textures, I Need the lines to be on the darkest areas, does anyone know how to get the current ‘light/lack of light’ of a surface/mesh? Hopefully in a 0-100 format so i can tweak the shading.
I’m not asking for a walkthrough, although that would be fab, I’m just struggling with the technical side of things.
I know it might be best as a Post-Process mat…
Does anyone have any ideas?
