Are UE-58198 and UE-57652 the same bug?

it looks like UE-58198 and UE-57652 are the same bug? Both are about flickering foliage. One about opengl and the other linux (as it uses opengl)

One of them is fixed, hopefully meaning both are (assuming they are the same bug)

I’m responsible for logging the Linux specific bug and I believe it is a duplicate of the first - I didn’t test it with the OpenGL renderer on any other platform and assumed it was Linux.
