38.11 Release Addressed Forum Issues

Since there are no patch notes available for this (v38.11) release, I wanted to make sure everyone was aware of the addressed Forum bugs:

• You cant publish this version because of your verse persistable data
• Revision Control - Checking in often & super slow after Simpson Season Update
• Placing any asset down in a scene MASSIVELY slows down editor FPS
• Sidekick (Cuddle Team Jr. max level) Breaks Maps [Player Spawning]
