Wrong Sharp edges

Hi!

I got some sharp edges I can see in Unreal Engine but can’t find it in Blender. Double checked Face orientation, Normals, sharp edges,…
You can see it in the litten upper left corner of the watch, Looks like Unreal as made a retopo on the mesh.
If anybody has an idea it’s more than welcome

Select you object go modelling mode find deform and select Displce
