Sun position does not affect this, nor does light intensity, build quality or bounces. I have tried changing the light map res and re exporting the objects. none of them changed anything. at this point im out of ideas. Please help
So there could be a couple of reasons the โsplotchynessโ is appearing on the surface of your objects. My first couple guesses would be the resolution of your lightmaps and the quality in which you are building your scene.

Hello, thanks ive gone through the lighting troubleshooting allready and tried the things you sugested, sadly the result remains the same. one side is still perfectly fine while the other is messed up.
I seem to have fixed the issue by mirroring the assets in 3ds and resseting their xform and importing the right side as seperate objects, not a perfect fix but it works fow now.
