Why is the lighting so weird/noise?

So I am working on my project and the lighting of an emissive object is so weird.
I dont use it to light the main scene but the small things that it lights in a dark room has a lot of noise in the lighting.

I am using Lumen and Unreal Engine 5.3.

If you can help me to fix this then thank you.

You can’t light scenes with emissive objects and expect good results unless the emissive surface is enormous. You should be using light actors.

I’ll build off of that, you can reduce noise a little in the PPV, but generally the only acceptable use case for emissive lighting at the moment is very big, very dim area lights. Lumen documentation says as much.
