Why is my UE5 render lighting look different, when I render vs the viewport?

I have been Using UE5 for Cinematics and I keep having issues where what is see on my viewport is different then the final render or when I click on play game.
The issue used to be that the scene was over exposed, even though I had a PPV with infinite enabled, so I went into the project setting and adjusted the exposer there.
After a lot of trouble shooting the render now looks like this



I seem to not have any of my fog or directional light shadows caused by my roof. It looks different then the unlight scene though. Any help or tips you all can give would be great!
