Why is my material reducing quality with distance? How can i disable it?

So here i have a translucent water material. At the right it looks as it should. But when im using a camera far from the object, it looks like the left one. Any ideas how can I fix it?

but the only texture i have is the normal map. The rest are Constant3Vectors, and i lerp between a blue and a white colour with a Depth Fade.
