Why is my baked lighting really weird and unnatural?

I really dont understand why when i bake my lighjting it just is really

stupid. theirs just a simple sun and nothing else is blocking the sun hitting this fence and theirs just these wier ■■■ black things.

What are the settings for the skylight and directional light (they’re found by clicking the SunSky actor in World Outliner list, and clicking the expand arrow under Components, which is below the World Outliner list)? Are any of the resolutions of lightmaps on objects lower than 256?
