Like zxank say, the scene can be very heavy for your graphic card, this can be the first problem. The second problem is if you are you sing dynamic(movable) light, you tell the engine create every shadows dynamicly, so it calculates it every for every frame and it takes time to get enough frames for smooth playing. If you still wanting dynamic lighting, maybe you should try to adjust shadow distance. Material setups for landscape and trees also important, try to optimize them too.
